Introduction To Gangbusters
March 25th, 2007 by gangbusters
Hello visitors,

In an all out effort to reduce if not completely squash gangs throughout society, I have started this blog.

It seems as though efforts by our governments to reduce this bane of delinquints has failed and will contine to fail, because they are using the wrong approach, not to mention using far too much of our hard earned tax dollars.

To me the solution is simple. Psychology. If kids are led to believe gangs are a joke, then why would they want to join one?

So the premise here is to create a “Jokes on Gangs Blog. Simply remember the old blond, pollock, or other ethnic jokes and replace the ethnic group with “gang member/s .

For example: The gang menber was so dumb he tripped over his cordless phone.

Or: The gang member was so dumb he asked for a price check at the dollar store.

Or: The gang member was so dumb she sold her car to get gas money.

Catch the drift here? Ok thats a start..please feel free to post any gang joke you like. This may or may not work, but if word gets out that gang members are going to be the blunt of the next generation of ethnic jokes then hopefully it will demystify the gang attractions.

Thank you one and all for any comments.

Thing is Lippy the gang is sometimes the only family those kids have. They take them in at an early age and basically replace the parents as the authority figures in their lives. They look after each other as family.

These are kids that basically see no future, have no future and get very little help in breaking the circle of their often short lived lives. They grow up in the enviroment, live the enviroment and know nothing else.

Break that circle or change the influences of their social enviroment and you might make a difference to some.

But, where you poverty and people with no prospects you will have tribal behaviour emerging. It always has been and always will be, it is human nature.

Very well put blagger. There have been “gangs” around longer than us and will be long after we are gone. If you could change just one and they could change just one it might help some but the over all is they will always be around.

Good points. So lets focus on just your regular kid in school which can be a breeding ground for gang recruitment. The last thing we need is gangs getting members from this area because they offer gangs unlimited access to their parents livelyhood.
Anytime we can eliminate a potential “blank check” for gangs , we reduce their opportunity to grow. Hopefully they will end up leaving this area of financial gain alone and have to look elsewhere for monetary gains.

Ah Ok.. Think I am starting to understand where you are coming from.. I’m assuming you are not living in downtown LA, but rather a more peaceful and prosperous suburb of somewhere… And that ’somewhere’ is being targetted bu organised gangs from outside the area?

    Is that a correct-ish assumption?

  5. n2kfactor Says:

You must be living in a suburb..hehhe

  6. zitlips Says:

Well yes I do live in the burbs…right in the next town though, we are getting a major influx of gang activity and the gangs are setting up shop.
This town is only 8 miles away and the gangs are imported from L.A. and they and all of their activities are creating havoc with the police which haven’t had time to respond as quickly as the gangs are recruiting.
But enough with that…lets get some jokes in here folks..lol

ok so these gangs have no where else to go but if we could take these kids and teach them that if they turn the gun around all the suffering would end alot faster ? anyway how do you get 16 gang members in to a vw bug throw in a crack pipe and a 45 cal lol then blow it up save jail space see ya

  8. zitlips Says:

Lol Kirrby…thats a start..saves lawyer fees and the cost to feed them jail food too.

  9. zitlips Says:

Is anyone having a problem posting here? I ask this because Kirrby ( my bro in law) said he couldnt.

  10. kat Says:

What did the Crip say to the Blood?

Nothing, he just shot him and spent the rest of his life in prison, taking it up the rear.

Part of me thinks this is a good idea, the other part of me imagined my seven year old Grandson telling a joke at school about gangs. My mind drifted to a possibility. What “if” a classmate of his was the little brother of a gang member and such was mentioned to his big brother who then targeted my Grandson? I’m willing to put myself out there but not the little ones….thoughts?

I like it – - – “banger” jokes! A much kinder, gentler approach than that I hear most – “when they realize the people of our little town and our whole state are well-armed, shoot back and shoot better, it’ll stop.” (If I’ve guessed correctly, we’re neighbors in “the valley.”) Hmmm…how can we do it so they don’t sound like re-warmed [insert usual targets from the past] jokes? Target their behaviors, customs, clothing, music, cars, crimes – but avoid overt racism, I suspect. I’ll be checking back to see what comes up!
